1. Prepare The Dip

Take a bowl and an electric mixer and beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Now add cocoa powder and beat until well incorporated. Next you add vanilla extract, brown sugar, salt, and milk. Beat the mixture until it is smooth in consistency.
