    ## Ingredients + Substitutions

    – **Prepared hummus**– I use a 10 oz container of store-bought hummus. Opt for the regular or original flavor to avoid too many conflicting seasonings in the dip.
    – **Prepared tzatziki**– You can locate tzatziki dip near the hummus in most grocery stores. They usually come in 10 oz containers, and I used about half of it. If you prefer homemade or can’t find it, making tzatziki at home is quite simple. Check out this recipe for homemade tzatziki.
    – **Roma tomatoes, chopped**– For dips, I prefer chopping these quite small, around 1/4″ pieces. To speed up the chopping process, use a sharp serrated knife, cut off one end of the tomato to make it flat, then cut both ways (making a grid), and finally, chop through to dice. This method makes tomato chopping much quicker and easier; just ensure you’re using a serrated knife for easy cutting.
    – **Cucumber, chopped**– Cut the cucumber into pieces roughly equal in size to the tomatoes.
    – **Peperoncini peppers, sliced**– These are typically found near olives or in the ethnic food aisle of grocery stores. If you can’t find pre-sliced ones, slicing whole peppers will only take a minute or two to prepare the amount required.
    – **Kalamata olives, sliced**– I personally halved mine since I’m not a huge fan of olives. This way, it’s easier to avoid them if desired. To make them more bite-sized, you can chop or slice them.
    – **Green onions, chopped**– Ensure these are finely chopped to prevent an overpowering onion flavor. When chopped small, they blend harmoniously with the dip.

  • Mixed Olives: They complement all the other flavors perfectly!
  • Crumbled Feta Cheese: Whether you use a block or pre-crumbled feta cheese, feel free to add more if you love the flavor. You can also opt for low-fat feta to save on calories without compromising taste.
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Greek Seasoning: You can use Cavenders Greek Seasoning or try a homemade version. Cavenders can usually be found in most grocery stores or purchased online.
