Steps To Make Irish Cream Breve

1. For Irish Cream Syrup

In a microwave-safe bowl, pour one cup of water, and add white sugar, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, a pinch of almond extract, and coconut extract.

Whisk together all the ingredients and heat the mixture in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes until it is boiling.

Once boiled, remove the bowl and add cocoa powder. Place the mixture in the microwave again and heat it for another minute or until it starts boiling.

Once boiled, take it out of the oven. Please keep it in the cool area and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

2. For Irish Cream Breve

Take a mug and pour two tablespoons of the prepared Irish cream syrup into the bottom. Start by brewing your coffee.

We recommend using two tablespoons of coarse-ground coffee for every 6 ounces of cold water.

Use a standard drip coffee maker, and brew your coffee in a strong setting. Steep the coffee overnight into the refrigerator.

Once the coffee is brewed, pour it on top of the syrup and give a slight swirl to mix.

If you prefer your Irish cream breve hot while espresso is brewing heat, pour the half and half over espresso and syrup, filling your cup or mug.

If you want to make a cold version of the drink, add half and half over the espresso and syrup, leaving an inch or two for ice. Add ice to the top of the cup.
