How To Make Texas Caviar At Home

- ½ cup Diced Red Onion
- ½ cup Diced Green Bell Pepper
- ½ cup Diced Red Bell Pepper
- ½ Jalapeño Peppers
- 4 Minced Garlic Cloves
- 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
- ½ cup Minced Cilantro
- 15 oz. Black Beans
- 15 oz. Black-Eyed Peas
- 15 oz. Corn
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Lime Juice
- 3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 ½ tsp Ground Cumin
- ¼ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Salt
- Take a large bowl and all the ingredients, including red onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, jalapeño peppers, garlic, cherry tomatoes, along with other condiments it.
- Taste the mixture and season it with spices. Then, add lemon juice as per the requirement.
- Cover the mixture and store it in the fridge until its use.
- Serve.
