    2. Then in a small saucepan, cook and stir water, butter and chocolate on low heat just until melted and then take it down.
    3. First stir in dry ingredients then stirs in the sour cream and egg mixture until the overall mix is well blended together.
    4. Then pour the overall mix into a greased and floured 15x10x1-in. Baking/jelly roll pan. Bake it at 375° for 20-25 minutes, or just until if a toothpick is inserted in the centre, it comes out clean. Then let it cool outside for at least 30 minutes.
    5. Until it’s cool, let’s prepare the frosting. Place confectioner’s sugar in a large bowl and set it aside.
    6. Then in a small saucepan, combine the mentioned amount of butter, milk and chocolate. Bring to a boil and keep stirring it constantly until melted.
    7. Then mix it with confectioner’s sugar until the mix is smooth. Add in vanilla, stir with the mix and then set it aside for 5 minutes. Then spread the mix evenly over the warm cake.
    8. Top with pecan halves or miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips, whatever you desire.
    9. Let the cake cool down completely before cutting it into small squares. You’ll want to cut it over a wax paper, newspaper, or something because the frosting is mostly going to pour over the edges when you cut it into squares.
