- 114 gm Green Chilies
- ¼ tablespoon Salt

- 1 cup Uncooked Rice
- Melt butter in a pan. Then, add corn, black beans, sweet orange pepper, and green chilies to it. Also, add salt, garlic, turmeric, and cumin to it. Sauté them for a minute or two.
- Now, put the rice in a water-filled container and all the ingredients with it. Boil it until the water dries.
- When the rice is cooked, remove the container from heat and cover it. Keep it still for 5-6 minutes.
- Your southwestern rice is ready to serve.
