- 4 Thick Pork Chops
- 3 Garlic Cloves (smashed)
- 1 Fresh Rosemary Sprig
- Fresh Thyme (a small bunch)
- Fresh Parsley (a small bunch)
- ½ cup Vinegar
- ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
- Take a large zipper seal bag and put your pork chops in it.
- Also, add the pork chops, add rosemary, thyme, garlic, and parsley.
- Now, take a bowl and put salt, vinegar, mustard, sugar, and pepper in it. Slowly, add oil to it and mix everything.
- Add this to the pork chops bag and let it refrigerate for around 8 hours.
- Now, remove the pork from the bag. Meanwhile, heat the grill.
- Drizzle some oil over the grill and brush some vegetable oil over the pork chops.
- Now, place the pork chops over the grill. Cook pork chops for about 30 minutes from both sides and serve.
