- 1 cups All purpose Flour
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Take a blender and blend eggs and milk in it.
- Then, add flour, salt, and sugar to it as well. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- Heat a skillet and coat it with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the prepared batter into the skillet. Cook it for about half a minute.
- Slide a spatula under the pancake carefully and flip it.
- Cook the other side for few more seconds until it turns brown.
- Place the pancake on a plate. Roll it like a crepe and serve with jam.
