How To Make Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream At Home

- 1 cup Whole Milk
- ⅔ cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 2 tsp Peppermint Extract
- 4 ounces Chocolate Chips
- Add milk and sugar in a bowl, whisk until it will dissolve. Stir the mixture in heavy cream and peppermint.
- Pour the mixture in the ice cream maker and churn for 25 minutes. When the last 5 minutes are remaining for churning add chocolate chips in the mixture.
- In an airtight container transfer the ice cream for 3 hours.
