- ⅓ cup Yellow Mustard Seeds
- ⅓ cup Brown Mustard Seeds
- ½ cup Apple Cider Hard
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Lime Wedge
- Add seeds in a small bowl and pour hard apple cider. Cover and stand overnight at room temperature. Let it stand for two days.
- Pour the ingredients into a food processor, squeeze a lime wedge over the seeds.
- Now add brown sugar and make a puree of desired consistency.
- Transfer it to an airtight container. Before using, refrigerate it for 24 hours.
