    What Ingredients Will You Need For Gordon Ramsay’s Turkey Curry?

    For The Curry Paste

    • Lemongrass stalk- Trim a lemongrass stalk and add it to the curry to give lemony flavor to curry paste. 
    • Ginger- Peel and chop ginger and add it into the curry paste to give it a nice spicy edge. 
    • Red chili- Add some heat to the curry paste by adding a red chili to it.
    • Garlic cloves- Three garlic cloves will add a nice seasoning flavor to the curry paste.  
    • Shallot- Peel and roughly chop a shallot to add a mildly sweet taste to the curry. 
    • Garam masala- Add two tablespoons of garam masala to season the curry paste with an incredible combination of seasoning spices.
    • Olive oil- When added to a food processor, olive oil gives a nice texture and consistency to the paste. You’ll also need olive oil to cook the veggies and curry paste for the curry sauce. 

    For The Curry

    • Onion- Add a peeled and sliced onion to add a sharp sour and slightly sweet flavor to the curry sauce. 
    • Coconut milk- Coconut milk gives body along with flavor to the curry. It adds a slight creaminess to the curry sauce. 
    • Soy sauce- Add a tablespoon of soy sauce to the curry to add more flavor and nutrition to the curry sauce. 
    • Green vegetables- Add mixed green vegetables like green beans, broccoli tips, spinach, or any other according to your choice. 
    • Turkey- Shred or cut the leftover cooked turkey into bite-sized pieces. Add this turkey to the curry sauce to make turkey curry. 
    • Coriander- Chop a bunch of coriander leaves to add aromatic flavors to the curry. Reserve some extra coriander sprigs to garnish the turkey curry. 
    • Limes- You’ll need two lemons to add lemon juice along with some extra wedges of lemon to serve the turkey curry. 
    • Red chill- Slice a red chili and garnish the turkey curry with red chili to add some extra heat to it.

    Steps To Make Gordon Ramsay’s Turkey Curry

    1. Prep turkey curry paste

    Bash lemongrass and roughly chop it. Add it to a food processor along with ginger, garlic cloves, red chili, garam masala, a shallot, and two tablespoons of oil. Blend the mixture to form a smooth curry paste. 

    2. Make curry sauce

    Add two tablespoons of olive oil to a saucepan. Add curry paste and fry it over high heat for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add sliced onion and cook it in the pan for about 5 minutes until softened. Now, add coconut milk, soy sauce, and mixed green vegetables like a mangetout, green beans, broccoli tips, spinach. Stir them all together to make the curry sauce.

    3. Stir in turkey and serve

    Add leftover turkey and cook it over low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir in chopped coriander leaves and lime juice. Garnish turkey curry with coriander leaves and lime wedges, and sliced red chili. Serve with steamed rice or naan bread, or noodles.

    For Curry Paste

    • 1 stalk Lemongrass (trimmed)
    • 1 tablespoons Ginger (peeled and roughly chopped)
    • 1 Red Chilli (roughly chopped)

    • 2 tbsp Garam Masala
    • 4 tbsp Olive Oil

    For Curry

    • 1 Onion (peeled and sliced)
    • 13.5 ounces Coconut Milk
    • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
    • 10 tablespoons Mixed Vegetables
    • 14 ounces Turkey
    • 1 bunch Coriander (chopped)
    • 2 Lemon (juiced, plus extra wedges to serve)
    • 1 Red Chilli (finely sliced)
    • Roughly chop lemongrass and add it to a food processor along with ginger, red chili, garlic cloves,, a shallot, two tablespoons of oil, and Garam masala. Blend them together until a smooth curry paste is formed.
    • Now, pour in two tablespoons of olive oil into a saucepan and add the curry paste. Fry this paste over high heat for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add sliced onions and cook them in the pan for about 5 minutes until they’re soft. Stir in coconut milk, soy sauce, and mixed green vegetables like green beans, broccoli tips, spinach, and others.
