    4 Shot Glasses

    For Panna Cotta

    • 250 ml Full Cream
    • 50 ml Whole Milk
    • 50 g Caster Sugar
    • A handful of Leaf Gelatin (soaked and dried after)
    • A splash Rum (optional)

    For Pomegranate Glaze

    • 1 cup Pomegranate Juice
    • 2 tablespoons Caster Sugar
    • Chocolate Shavings, Berries, Pomegranate (for topping)
    • In a medium pot, add milk, cream, and sugar. Place it over medium heat and bring this mixture to a boil. You can add a little rum to it if you want.
    • After the mixture is boiled and the sugar is dissolved, take the pot off from heat and add gelatin to it.
    • Whisk this mixture until the gelatin is mixed properly and the mixture has thickened a bit and become smooth.
    • Then, take four shot glasses and pour this mixture evenly into them. You can also use big glasses or ramekins.
    • Place the glasses in the refrigerator and freeze for about 1 hour.
    • Meanwhile, take a frying pan and add pomegranate juice and sugar to it.
    • Place it over medium heat and reduce this mixture until it becomes a thick syrup. Allow it to cool.
    • Pour the glaze over the panna cotta and top with berries and chocolate shavings.
