- Sealed Container
- 1 Bowl
- 5 tablespoons Chili Powder
- 2 tablespoon Ground Cumin
- 2 teaspoon Paprika (use smoked paprika)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Onion Powder
- 1 Red Pepper Flakes
- ½ Cayenne Pepper
- ½ Ground Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- Take a large bowl.
- In the bowl, add chil powder, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, ground cinnamon and salt.
- Store for up to 6 months in a sealed container in the pantry.
Since each chili recipe is different. So, it is hard to say exactly how much to use. You can start with half if you’re unsure, and you can always add more.
