    Collect drippings from the pan into a bowl after removing the meat from the pan. Take two tablespoons of drippings in a pan and add all-purpose flour to it. Cook it over medium heat until it turns brown in color. 

    2. Heat The Gravy Until It’s Thick

    Gradually, add milk to the pan and continue whisking it. Scrap up the meaty bits from the bottom of the pan using a fork. Cook the gravy over medium-high for about 10 minutes until the gravy is thick. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste and serve.
