- 2 Chopped Anchovy Fillets
- 1 Grated Garlic Clove
- 2 Chopped Radish
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Basil Leaves
- 2 tbsp Parsley Leaves
- 2 tbsp Tarragon Leaves
- 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 4 ½ tsp Olive Oil
- ½ tsp Kosher Salt
- 6 Baby Gem Lettuce
- In a food processor, add lemon juice, tarragon, parsley, basil, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, anchovies with oil.
- Pulse until it becomes a smooth paste. Season it will salt in the end.
- In a large bowl, add lettuce, radishes, and lemon juice with some oil.
- Season with salt and add the dressing to the salad and toss gently, so everything gets covered with it.
- Your salad is ready to serve.
